The Private Gallery subscription is based on a monthly payment system that charges according to the amount of photos and videos used each month.

Trial Plant is a trial period, and after user registration, you can try it for free until you reach a monthly data amount equivalent to 500 yen.
The base plan is a subscription that allows you to continue using the private gallery after the one-month trial period ends.
We will introduce three guidelines depending on the frequency of use.

Additional saved data is the amount of data saved for photos and videos uploaded in the corresponding month. All stored data charges are 2.5 yen per 1GB. For example, for 100GB, 250 yen will be added to the above estimate.
Calculated based on the items in the table below. Monthly charges are determined based on data charges for viewing photos and videos, storage charges, and usage of maps.

* Data transfer refers to downloading photo and image data from the server when viewing photos and videos.
Benefits of Usage-Based Billing
With usage-based billing, you only pay for what you use, ensuring that costs align with your actual usage.
You can choose the necessary features and storage capacity, allowing for unlimited and uninterrupted data usage.
Additionally, the "semi-mandatory environment" of a paid service encourages users to carefully select and preserve their most valuable moments and records.
Data Storage
To ensure high security and a stable, unlimited data usage environment, the Private Gallery adopts AWS (Amazon Web Services). Your data is securely and continuously managed.
Payment Methods
Subscription fees are processed via credit card payment in Japanese Yen (JPY).
The subscription begins as soon as the base plan activation is completed, and automatic billing is processed on the 4th of each month (Tokyo time), based on the usage of the previous month.
How Usage Data is Calculated
All usage data is converted into Japan Standard Time (JST) for calculation.
For example, if you use the service on January 31, 2025, at 19:00 in the Paris time zone, it will be recorded as February 1, 2025, at 03:00 in Japan time, and counted as usage for February.
Billing Cycle
You can pause or resume your subscription at any time via My Menu, allowing flexible management according to your usage needs.
Start with a **one-month free trial** to explore the service. At the end of the trial period, you can decide whether to continue the subscription.
